The Foundation now undertakes all operations in the following way:
Each Operational Division is managed by a director of the Foundation who assists either a volunteer or deputy division commander and is responsible for the following roles and tasks within each division.
This Division is responsible for the Foundation’s preparedness works and projects, such as the Home Bushfire Preparedness Program, Landcare Fire Wise Projects and other community partnerships that relate to improving and enhancing community preparedness.
This Division is responsible for the Foundation’s recovery works within the community, such as our Home Bushfire Recovery Program and other related tasks.
This Division is responsible for the Foundation’s Animal Disaster Relief Services, such as the Community Animal Relief directory, Community Animal Relief Teams and Animal Disaster Relief Food-banks.
This Division is responsible for all of the Foundation’s current and future planning in relation to expansion, project development and services.
This Division is responsible for all of the Foundation’s individual, state-based coordination in relation to all of the above.
