OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE

The Foundation Recently became a Registered Australian Body with ASIC (Australian Securities and Investment Commission) and in line with that Registration we have re-structured how the foundation operates.
The Foundation now undertakes all operations in the following way:

Each Operational Division is Managed by a Director of the Foundation who assists either a Volunteer or Deputy Division Commander and is responsible for the following roles and tasks within each division.

PREPAREDNESS DIVISION: (PREPD)
This Division is Responsible for all of the Foundations Preparedness works and Projects such as our Home Bushfire Preparedness Program, Landcare Fire Wise Projects and other Community partnerships that relate to improving and enhancing community preparedness.

 


RECOVERY DIVISION (RECOD)
Division is Responsible for all of the Foundations Preparedness works and Projects such as our Home Bushfire Preparedness Program, Landcare Fire Wise Projects and other Community partnerships that relate to improving and enhancing community preparedness.

ANIMAL RELIEF DIVISION (ARD)
This Division is Responsible for all of the Foundations Preparedness works and Projects such as our Home Bushfire Preparedness Program, Landcare Fire Wise Projects and other Community partnerships that relate to improving and enhancing community preparedness.

 


PLANNING DIVISION (PLAND)
This Division is Responsible for all of the Foundations Preparedness works and Projects such as our Home Bushfire Preparedness Program, Landcare Fire Wise Projects and other Community partnerships that relate to improving and enhancing community preparedness.

 


STATE OPERATIONS DIVISIONS (STOP)
This Division is Responsible for all of the Foundations Preparedness works and Projects such as our Home Bushfire Preparedness Program, Landcare Fire Wise Projects and other Community partnerships that relate to improving and enhancing community preparedness.
